The Moon is made of cheese
Swiss cheese, that is. Non dairy, gluten free, fat free, low salt, low carb, paleo friendly, inorganic, dried powdered swiss cheese, to be precise. Lucky for the astronauts it wasn't Mozzarella, they never would have been able to get off the moon or even walk around. As expected, the cheese has a very long shelf life, estimated at 3.1415927 billion years. Research is being conducted at CERF (Conseil Europeen pour la Recherche du Frommage) to determine the age of the cheese.
Ketchup or Catsup?
ToMAYto, toMAHto. Long story short, Catsup started in England in the late 1700's as a thick sauce made of mushrooms and walnuts and looked like week old guacamole. Mm-Mm! Not the bright red sweet, salty, sour goo we all know and love as Ketchup, which looks about as much like a tomato as a telephone pole looks like a tree.
